If you’re thinking about selling your home, we are currently giving homeowners $3,000 towards certain fix-ups or replacements before they sell. These specific items have shown an increase of 120%, 180% or even 233% on re sale. In short, we pay $3,000 and you get $5,000 or more for participating.

We have decided it’s time to stop advertising as much as before, and put the money to work for you, the client. Instead of mailing “junk,” our plan is to put $3000 towards helping one homeowner each month to get their property ready to sell. It’s our hope that through our efforts on your behalf, we will earn good “word-of-mouth” as you talk with your friends and neighbors. The feedback we’re receiving so far is that homeowners are welcoming this collaborative approach to selling their homes.
